We had a mold inspection / remediation by Kenny and Jaime. They had to remove several pieces of our wood flooring and baseboards. They worked for 3 days in our home and even though the work they were doing was dusty work they always left with everything cleaned up nicely at the end of the day and took measures to assure nothing got damaged. Dante and Ryan came out to inspect and provide assistance with a flood in my condo about a month ago. They were both thorough in their work & diligent to ensure the condo reached satisfactory, safe levels before removing their equipment and checking in regularly for updates. Luis and Sam came to our aid last night after a washing machine malfunction flooded our laundry room. They arrived around 7pm and stayed til after midnight. They were incredibly thorough and professional, explaining what they were doing every step of the way. Luis even went as far as asking what my daughter’s bed time was so that he could make sure to get the noisy parts of the job done before that.
